(More customer reviews)I'd been taking melatonin, magnesium glysin and tryptophan for sleep aid, but I could never get consistent sleep with them. Priscribed medicines such as Ambien gave me awful side effects, and made the matter worse. I'd tried so many other natural sleep aides too, but they didn't help either.
Recently, I just ordered somnapure samples. It's been 3-4 days now, and I'm sleeping better now. It doesn't give me a powerful urge to fall asleep or anything, and I don't know when it starts working after taking it, but I'm falling asleep every night so far and waking up without side effects or hang over. The effects seem to be very mild and gentle, so if you want to stay awake after taking it, you probably could stay awake. It gently puts me to sleep. So far I'm happy with it.
I also take nearly 50 different supplements due to my illness + several priscribed drugs. So far somnapure doesn't seem to be interfering with them.
However, the Peaklife will charge you and send you the next bottle automatically, unless you call them and cancel it. that's the part I didn't like. So I just called them now and cancelled the next order. I would rather order it from elsewhere each time I decide to want it.

(More customer reviews)So, I have trouble sleeping due to anxiety. I've tried traditional sleep aids. They make me too drowsy, and have even increased my daytime anxiety- Yikes! If I don't get a good sleep, I have trouble controlling my erratic mind during the day. I have been exploring natural medicinal alternatives in the last few years, however, and Clarocet PM is the most gentle and effective I've experienced. Thank goodness! I don't always need it, so I don't take it and I don't have any withdraw symptoms or difficulty sleeping afterwords. Five stars from me.

(More customer reviews)My son was having severe stress every single day. He would have panic attacks, and usually he was having problems with his clothes. Only a parent with a child with similar problems can understand what I mean by 'problems with his clothes'! He has had severe anxiety since he was very small, and he's 9 now. I give him one clarocet jr a day, and he's a different person. (in a good way) :) Yay!!!! We went from having tears and emotions and high stress every day before school, much of those tears being mine after he left, to having peaceful days.
I know it sounds too good to be true, but in my case, it helped so much. It was not a behavior issue, it was an emotional one, and this seems to be just what he needed. It took the edge off of his fears.

(More customer reviews)I was a little hesitant about buying this...I half expected this to be another scam product that was featured on TV. But, I was tired (no pun intended) of tossing and turning, and didn't want to use prescription pills to get to sleep. This stuff actually works! It says to take 2 pills before you want to sleep, but I usually take 1. I only take it when I can't sleep, so I'm already in bed, but it works pretty quick. I not only fall asleep quickly, but do not wake up during the night. When I wake up, I don't feel groggy or hungover, like I thought I would. By the way, I rarely write reviews, but I saw a few negative reviews on amazon and thought I'd share mine. I don't know if it works for everyone, but it's pretty cheap here so it's worth a shot.

(More customer reviews)I think it helps one to get to sleep, but that wasn't my problem, mine was staying asleep for more than 2-4 hours. Even taking 2 more tablets upon waking was not effective for me. I think the Boiron for stress helps equally for initiating sleep. I've tried melatonin, valarian root, benedryl, sleepy time tea, etc. and all aid in getting one to sleep but not maintaining sleep.Any suggestions??
