(More customer reviews)First night it did absolutely nothing. Second night it fell out and disappeared and I never saw it again even after changing the bedsheets. I think rolling up a $5 dollar bill like a straw and inserting one in each nostril would be a better use of the ten dollars (plus shipping) and more effective.

His quality of sleep suffers because of it but then he tried this nasal spray and it really worked!. When using it, he is able to freely breathe on both sides of his nose and snores MUCH less. I am also able to get better sleep as a result of his success. Bravo!

Brez Premium Nasal Breathing Aid - 14 ct - Medium Review

(More customer reviews)I have had two operations for a deviated septum and still I could not breathe through my left nostril well. I tried the nose strips and sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't.
Then I tried the Brez devices. It works! However, I have had to modify its use.
I have to insert it vertically and not horizontally in the left nostril. It took me a month this way to get used to it...but it works.
I highly recommend it.

Snorestop Fast Tabs, 60 Count Review

(More customer reviews)So far this tablet seems to work. Less snoring. Kind of a pain to follow instructions though. You have to take one 30 minutes before bed and then one at bed time. I guess if you know exactly when you will be going to bed each night this works but my time varies. Results are still being evaluated but so far so good.
