We worked it hard using it every day for almost a year until it died. It was fairly easy to clean unless you let it go too long between cleanings. Once the mineral deposits on the heater head go thick it was hell to chip them off. The medicine cup/arometherapy is a joke. More mess than it is worth, IMNHO. The unit is easy to fill and overall has a clean easy-to-use design, though the water resevoir's handle is not very sturdy and will break if you aren't careful with it. I'm hoping to find something a little more solid for the replacement.

(More customer reviews)I have been taking Zyrtec for year round allergies for years. I recently purchased some generic Zyrtec at my local grocery store (Shoprite) and they worked as well as Zyrtec. I did some research as to the manufacturer of the generic brand and found it was Ohm Labs. Well, Amazon sells this product from Ohm labs and at a much better price than the grocery and way below the original Zyrtec. Works just as good as the original.

(More customer reviews)The listing for this device never disclosed that it drains an alkaline battery in 1/2 hour. I went through 4 batteries, and then 4 more brand new ones. No change, dead in one-half hour! I figured the unit was defective and wrote the manufacturer. The MPO rep said it was perfectly normal for the unit to go through an Alkaline battery that quickly. I asked for a full refund because the extremely low battery life was never disclosed in their listing. If I knew the expense that I would have to go through, I never would have purchased the unit. I told them I liked the unit very much, but I could not afford to keep buying the higher-priced 9V batteries. Their answer was no to a full refund. They want me to pay a hefty restocking fee. Unless you are going to use this unit with the restraints of non-portable AC power, keep away from it as a portable device unless you are wealthy or you are closely related to the "Bunny"!
