(More customer reviews)So, I have trouble sleeping due to anxiety. I've tried traditional sleep aids. They make me too drowsy, and have even increased my daytime anxiety- Yikes! If I don't get a good sleep, I have trouble controlling my erratic mind during the day. I have been exploring natural medicinal alternatives in the last few years, however, and Clarocet PM is the most gentle and effective I've experienced. Thank goodness! I don't always need it, so I don't take it and I don't have any withdraw symptoms or difficulty sleeping afterwords. Five stars from me.

(More customer reviews)I first tried Rescue Remedy to help me fall asleep at night, which worked well, but Rescue Sleep is even better. Just a couple of sprays as part of my nighttime routine and I feel an overwhelming urge to close my eyes and fall asleep within 15 minutes. Other reasons to love this product:
-I fall asleep and stay asleep all night.
-I wake up feeling refreshed, not groggy.
-If I get woken up in the middle of the night, I can use 2 more sprays, even if I have just a couple of hours until I need to wake up.
-When I run out, my ability to fall asleep is not compromised like it can be after taking other sleep medication.
-It's non-addictive (although being able to fall asleep so effortlessly sure is!).
I've met some people who have not found this product to work. I'd say it's worth a try. I've never had a problem with it,and it's definitely a must-have for me.

(More customer reviews)My son was having severe stress every single day. He would have panic attacks, and usually he was having problems with his clothes. Only a parent with a child with similar problems can understand what I mean by 'problems with his clothes'! He has had severe anxiety since he was very small, and he's 9 now. I give him one clarocet jr a day, and he's a different person. (in a good way) :) Yay!!!! We went from having tears and emotions and high stress every day before school, much of those tears being mine after he left, to having peaceful days.
I know it sounds too good to be true, but in my case, it helped so much. It was not a behavior issue, it was an emotional one, and this seems to be just what he needed. It took the edge off of his fears.

(More customer reviews)I've been taking this for about three weeks now. I'm not sure how it's working for me because the difference is subtle-- and I guess that's a good thing. I haven't felt extra happy, but my general mood swings have been much less frequent. I feel more level, and more in control. I have felt less anxiety since taking it. I used to go nuts thinking about this and that, since I've been takign the Clarocet I've been able to seperate my emotions from my mind.
I'll be buying another bottle. :)

The sedation from 50 mg of diphenhydramine will cause you to become drowsy and sleepy, and will likely keep you this way for about 8-12 hours. Thus, not only will you likely sleep the night through, but you will have a groggy sleep hangover the next day until about noon.
Since this is an antihistamine, you will likely experience other mild side-effects, such as imbalance, urinary retention, and mild dry mouth. The urinary retention is of particular concern in men with prostate or bladder problems. The side effects are transient and wear off as the medication is metabolized and excreted from the body.
Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is not habit-forming or addictive in a physical way. It has the potential for psychological addiction. Thus, it is best used as an occasional aid for sleeplessness, not an every-night event

After listening to it regularly one friend with back surgery amazed his drs. & nurses with needing NO pain meds after surgery. They kept telling him how much it was going to hurt & then when it didn't they kept telling him how much it would hurt when he had to get up. Well it didn't, he needed two tylenol because he was achy from staying in bed for a couple days but that was it. He left the hospital two days earlier then planned. The other friend had ankle surgery & she didn't need any pain meds after either!

(More customer reviews)I had a major event coming up in August of 2007 so I started looking for something that would help my nerves. Instead of going to the store (the logical choice), I did an internet search and found Seredyn.
I took Seredyn for that event and it seemed to work because I wasn't nervous on the supplement, just calm and a little agitated (the anxiety).
I didn't take Seredyn again because, in all honesty, I forgot about it. I instead went to the doctor and got a prescription for Klonopin. I only needed Klonopin's affects for an hour. Klonopin numbed me for an hour, then gave me a hangover for 5 days. I couldn't function like that so I started looking for supplements again.
This time, I went to the store and found something called True Calm so now I have something to compare Seredyn to.
Seredyn calms you, but the underlying anxiety and panic are still there. I would wake up in the middle of the night stressed (on Seredyn) yet it had me so sleepy that I didn't even feel like going to work. Thus, I was calm and stressed at the same time. (Another reviewer had the same experience)
True Calm by Now just calms you and seems to also erase some of the anxiety without numbing you. I can't recommend True Calm because I haven't taken it but 3 times, but I did like its feeling over Seredyn.

I began taking Clarocet ERT and CT a little over one month ago. It has, literally, changed my life. Since, after the first week of taking Clarocet, my stress level has melted away to about a third or less of what it was before and the hopelessness has seemed to melt away. I have started a real estate investing partnership that I have put off for years, and my concentration has tripled. I am a very skeptical person, so I honestly believed that this product would not help me at all. I was wrong and happy to be so. I hope this will convince any of you that have doubts about Clarocet to at least try it. I am so thankful that I did.
