We were both coming down with the flu or bad cold starting with the watery eyes, runny nose, headaches and some light sensativity. Started using this every day and the following day the symptoms were 95% gone. Stopped it after 1 week and symtpoms started to appear so contiued it for another 7 days and after the 14 day use we never got the full blown whatever we were coming down with. Worked for both the wife and I. We ordered 2 more as backup now. Made believers out of us. With our other health issues it makes it much harder to deal with the flu or cold so this saved out butts.

Over the course of a flu bug it really reduces the time they feel ill. Besides having them chew the tablet you can dissolve it in a little amount of water and get the same results. I use the dissolve method quite often, as my little one when feeling ill refuses the tablet but will drink water.

I had this heavy cough, like I wasn't coughing up anything, but I could tell that there was something that was hiding in my throat.........After the FIRST DOSE, I began to feel the mucus in my nose move and I started actually blowing stuff out of my nose for once. After a couple more doses, my cough became productive. I have been on this stuff for a few days now and I think that my congestion is just about taken care of. Now I still have a nagging cough, but it has become less and less frequent. I think that it will eventually go away whenever my body has finished clearing everything out. I had already been to the doctor, who gave me antibiotics and a bunch of tylenol-guaifenesin-phenylephrine tablets. The antibiotics helped, but the tablets helped only marginally and did not break up the congestion. Chestal did. I have never written a review on a product; I just got online to find out where to get more so that I'm prepared for the next time I'm sick (my boyfriend brought this product to me -- he also gave me this bug in the first place). If you're contemplating whether or not to try this, just go for it. You have nothing to lose. Plus it has no nasty taste to it! Remember to take it as directed -- I had to put it in my backpack so that I wouldn't skip any doses while in class all day long! Oh, yeah, and I'm in pharmacy school. WebMD and the Mayo Clinc.com or wherever else you look won't endorse homeopathic remedies because pharmaceutical companies don't make money off of people purchasing them. And just because there hasn't been a formal study on the use and effectiveness on the product does NOT mean that it doesn't work. Do your own research and find out what is safe and effective for you. TRY IT. That's all.

Ok, so I am self-diagnosed and really don't know if I have any form of ADD but I suspect that I do. I have a hard time sticking with anything and get distracted easily. After reading a little more about ADD I have found that I have a lot of the symptoms. I am a 39 year old female and I function fine but get really frustrated with myself at times.
I could tell a difference quickly but I wasn't 100 percent sure if it was the ADDult or anything else. What really sold me is that a few days ago I had a lot to do and decided to take ADDULT after work, which I don't normally do because it can make sleep difficult. I decided it was going to be a late night so I might as well.
I felt super-human. I was full of energy and focus. Normally, I get side tracked and don't get nearly as much done as I plan. I could tell a huge difference and now I am convinced that the changes I am seeing are due to the Addult. I still have a hard time staying on task and finishing what I started but I have made some improvements that I am very happy with.
Another testimonial is that I have given it to my 13 year old son. He is a lot like me. He functions ok but doesn't focus well. Anyway, he started taking it before school, only once a day. His grades have improved and his teachers have a lot of positive things to say about him. Last year the teacher's complained that he didn't apply himself and this year they told me that things are much better. I haven't mentioned that I suspect that he has mild ADD or that he is taking a supplement. I would not give him medicine if it were ever offered, which I doubt, because it is mild at best.
If you take a look at the ingredients you will see that everything in there is safe. Centella Asiatica, Panax Ginseng, Rosmarinus Offcilalis. I like it and ordered more.

(More customer reviews)I have to review this. My family has been battling the flu for over 2 weeks and when I started showing the signs yesterday I headed to Walgreens to get some relief. I saw the Sambucol advertised and decided to try it instead of the $100 Tamiflu from my doctor. I am so glad I did. I have NO fever anymore, no wheezing anymore, and no head cold! I still have minor body aches, sore throat, and a cough, but the miserable symptoms are GONE!! I am taking this every 3 hours. I wish I had bought this for my husband and daughter when they were sick. My daughter is on Day 8 of her flu infection and told me she hated me for not getting her this product! The box says to start as soon as symptoms appear, she was 4 days into her flu when she tested positive so I thought if Tamiflu wouldn'tbe effective this might not either for her. I am getting another box for future colds!
