In a market with such tremendous growth and clutter, there is a viable need for a resource such as this to sort through what is available nationally. The book includes: a reader-friendly section defining all terms and fields associated with the industry, how to choose a program, what programs are available sorted by location, the top schools and programs, accrediation information, professional organizations, and self-study resources. The only piece missing was an updated version. Hence, that is on its way to being published in September of 2000. After months of research, this is by far the best directory I have encountered.

I had this heavy cough, like I wasn't coughing up anything, but I could tell that there was something that was hiding in my throat.........After the FIRST DOSE, I began to feel the mucus in my nose move and I started actually blowing stuff out of my nose for once. After a couple more doses, my cough became productive. I have been on this stuff for a few days now and I think that my congestion is just about taken care of. Now I still have a nagging cough, but it has become less and less frequent. I think that it will eventually go away whenever my body has finished clearing everything out. I had already been to the doctor, who gave me antibiotics and a bunch of tylenol-guaifenesin-phenylephrine tablets. The antibiotics helped, but the tablets helped only marginally and did not break up the congestion. Chestal did. I have never written a review on a product; I just got online to find out where to get more so that I'm prepared for the next time I'm sick (my boyfriend brought this product to me -- he also gave me this bug in the first place). If you're contemplating whether or not to try this, just go for it. You have nothing to lose. Plus it has no nasty taste to it! Remember to take it as directed -- I had to put it in my backpack so that I wouldn't skip any doses while in class all day long! Oh, yeah, and I'm in pharmacy school. WebMD and the Mayo Clinc.com or wherever else you look won't endorse homeopathic remedies because pharmaceutical companies don't make money off of people purchasing them. And just because there hasn't been a formal study on the use and effectiveness on the product does NOT mean that it doesn't work. Do your own research and find out what is safe and effective for you. TRY IT. That's all.

(More customer reviews)The other person who reviewed this does not understand homeopathy at all. The levels of the products in these products are meant to expose one so that one's own immunities can be built up over time.
I have used this product. I am lactose and sulpha(eggs for you uninformed types) intolerant. Avoiding either all the time is next to impossible in this country, bent on eggs for breakfast as a standard. This product stops my reaction: hives, cramping, nausea, headache, skin rash, diahhrea, and other such things- almost instantly.
If one goes anaphlatic with any product, it would be wise to avoid them forever in any form. Good luck. If one is only mildly distressed by the foods named on this package- give it a try. I have used it for over a decade with great sucess.
