The only piece missing was an updated version. Hence, that is on its way to being published in September of 2000. After months of research, this is by far the best directory I have encountered.

(More customer reviews)I get frequent migraines and this stuff helps so much. I still take a pain reliever but then I apply the head on all over my neck, and forehead, even my temple areas. Anywhere the pain is. It takes a couple of minutes but then you start to feel the cooling sensation. It is almost like you are given a different sensation to focus on other than your pain. It really does help me a lot. I keep a tube in my bedroom, in the kitchen, in the bathroom, in my purse... I am sure to have some on hand all of the time. It is great! The migraine is better than the regular because it is stronger. The regular doesn't do much for me.

(More customer reviews)I have tried many topical analgesics and have found this one to provide the best pain relief far and above it's other competitors on the market!
This product as described in the description above, does help relieve "minor aches and pains of muscles and joints due to: simple backache, arthritis, strains, bruises, and sprains" and can be applied to non-sensitive areas like the wrists, elbows, knees, shoulders, neck, back, etc. or wherever you may need pain relief.
I have found that by applying a liberal amount of Zheng Gu Shui to the aching area, gently massaging it into that particular area, and then applying a warm to hot compress on top of the area for approximately 15 minutes and then repeating this process for a total of 3-4 times during the day has provided the best pain relief for me. I am not advocating that anyone try or not try what I've done to help with pain relief. I'm just sharing my experience with Zheng Gu Shui.
A few other personal notations:
A) This product is described as a "lotion", but is really more of a liquid.
B) This product also has a strong medicinal/liniment smell to it.... the smell doesn't bother me a bit, but other people may not like the smell.
C) This product may stain various clothing items or fabrics it comes into contact with, so wear clothing you won't mind having stained!

I saw the Sambucol advertised and decided to try it instead of the $100 Tamiflu from my doctor. I am so glad I did. I have NO fever anymore, no wheezing anymore, and no head cold! I still have minor body aches, sore throat, and a cough, but the miserable symptoms are GONE!! I am taking this every 3 hours. I wish I had bought this for my husband and daughter when they were sick. My daughter is on Day 8 of her flu infection and told me she hated me for not getting her this product! The box says to start as soon as symptoms appear, she was 4 days into her flu when she tested positive so I thought if Tamiflu wouldn'tbe effective this might not either for her. I am getting another box for future colds!

The product is excellent but the product needs to include more instruction because this can be dangerous if not used correctly. Like you are supposed to make a couple of quarts of this mixture and freeze the undiluted formulae because it keeps longer.
I just went ahead and mixed 2 quarts of water with 1 capful of the hydrogen peroxide and drunk it throughout the day. I did this day one because everyone has different body chemistry and when I went out to go hiking that evening, I feel great! I was energized and had an improved mode. The next day, I got up to mix another 2 quarts for the day and being sleepy, some spilled on my fingers and it heated up my fingers, while temporarily turning my skin slight whiter than normal. The directions said to run water over your skin for 15 minutes, I did it for 8 minutes and it rinsed off.
I poured a half an ounce in a bath(warm water), and it exfoliated all the dead skin off of my feet and elbows, which was better than any pedicure that I had ever received. I only stayed in the bath for 5 minutes time.
But, I love this product and also deicded to turn my colloidal silver into ionic silver, by dropping a capful of colloidal silver and a capful of hydrogen peroxide into 2 quarts of water, and this is a good muscle cleanse and wound healer.

Sit for too long .... hard to get up and going. Prop your feet up for a while ..... painful to get the knees bent down again. Hard to sleep at night ..... have to keep turning frequently due to the hip pain. Work in the yard ..... stiff as a board afterwards. That's been me for about 15+ yrs, & getting progressively worse each year.
Happened to see the Iceland Health Joint Relief Advanced Formula, w/Omega 3; read about their strict mfg. regulations; and thought why not.
I kid you not ..... in a week to 10 days, thought I could tell a difference, but just decided it was wishful thinking. It's now been three (3) weeks, and I am almost pain free. My left thumb has even stopped slipping out of joint. The knots on my fingers are shrinking. I hardly need to turn, in bed, at night at all. I can prop my feet up, as long as I want, & my knees do not get stiff. I can sit for long lengths of time, get right up, and walk away easily. I honestly cannot believe it. It is definitely the best money this 59 yr old lady has spent in a long time. My 87 yr old Mom & I live together, I work full time, and I keep up our 3 acre yard by myself, therefore I need all of the help I can get. My only regret is that I didn't discover this sooner, but at least I found it now! Just wanted to spread the word.

I have had two heart valves replaced with artificial valves which requires ingesting Coumadin on a daily basis. All my life I have been bothered with nosebleeds. Coumadin makes them much more difficult. The physician's assistant at the Coumadin Clinic in our city recommended Nosebled QR and gave me few samples. Even though I must keep my nose pinched a little longer than the average person, it has been a real boon to my handling nosebleeds. I order several aplications at atime and even carry some in my car so that I can deal with a nosebleed when away from home in case one happens.
