Pedia-Lax Children's Fiber Gummies Daily Fiber Supplement, 60-Count Bottles (Pack of 3) Review
Average Reviews:
(More customer reviews)I had seen Pedia-Lax Fiber Gummies in a magazine ad. I bought them at the grocery store first because we needed it immediately. My 2 year old has constipation issues because his favorite food groups are carbohydrates and dairy! He will not touch vegetables although they are always offered with supper. If he takes the recommended 3 a day, it normally helps him have a bowel movement 5 out of 7 days. If he has too much milk, it tends to harden the stools he does have.
Here are some other helpful tips in order to avoid the Miralax route: A friend had recommended the Sunsweet Plum Smart juice months ago when he started having this problem. Now that he is a little older, if he has the Plum Smart juice daily and his 3 fiber gummies (which he thinks are treats!), he has a much easier time with his bowel movements. Also, cereals like Kellog's Chocolate or Strawberry Frosted Mini Wheats, Fruit Loops, and Apple Jacks all have fiber in them--which help even more! He likes them because they are sweet carbs, and I like them because I know he's getting his fiber. :)
The Pedia-Lax Fiber Gummies are worth it!!! No more painful constipation issues for my 2 year old! Woohoo! And you'll save even more money if you sign up for the Subscribe and Save!
