(More customer reviews)This product is unreliable and there is no customer service. I would return it but I threw away the box. I will now have to throw away the monitor too.
The 3 readings for cholesterol that I took with this machine were 180, 140 and Low. My true cholesterol reading is around 210. I tried to contact the customer service phone number but it just rings and rings and nobody answers. I tried for a week with no answer. Today a chinese lady with broken english answered the phone and told me the manager will call me back next week. Should I wait that long to throw away this product?
