(More customer reviews)This works well for me. the combination of standardized and whole herbs is more effective than one or the other. I have a mild to medium depression and have found St John's Wort to work every well. The three medications my doctor tried on me made me either crazy or very sleepy. I don't notice any side effects with this product. I take 2 or 3 per day (one at night if needed) plus stress formula (B complex plus C) and Ginkgo Smart for focus and memory. Don't expect a non name brand St John's Wort to work as well as the Solgar brand!
