(More customer reviews)The Sudacare vapor plug does exactly what it says. I used it in a medium sized room on high and it was a little strong so I imagine it would still be very effective in a large room. It cleared my sinuses even lying down. I was able to get a good night's sleep. It only lasts 40 hours so it will run about 4 or 5 nights. I wish it lasted longer but on the other hand the worst of the cold is usually over by then and the refills are pretty inexpensive. So all in all a very good product.
