(More customer reviews)We live in a dry climate and need to use saline sprays to keep baby's nostrils from drying out too much during the day, per the pediatrician's advice. At night we use a humidifier in the room, but you can't really lug a humidifier around. Anyway, the cheaper brands such as little noses, etc. apparently squirt too much or in a way that makes the baby really uncomfortable, because with other brands there's a lot of crying and wriggling involved. When we use the Baby Simply Saline, however, the baby stays still and even sighs with what seems to be relief. BIG difference.
