(More customer reviews)The aspirator has no suction power and only irritated my son. The nail clippers are not sharp enough to cut a newborns soft nails. I use my own Revlon clipper especially since I am comfortable with the feel of it already. The thermometer is sooo... slow, I get make an educated guess faster. The case is cute and I am sure the medicine droppers are ok...haven't needed those yet. But all in all, I threw half of this kit in the garbage.
