(More customer reviews)This book is an OK introductory organic chemistry text however I wanted more. I personally needed a book which gives a clear understanding of the basics and advanced concepts. I found two books which if used together produce the best results.
March's advanced organic chemistry and Organic chemistry by wade (6th edition).
These books are of tremendous help to me in understanding the fundamentals and also the more advanced concepts of organic chemistry. I also wanted to save money as I am doing further organic synthesis and other carbon chemistry subjects later on so I needed a book that is particularly good for reference.
If you are prescribed this book then go for it but I personally feel it doesnt really cut it for me. (I will edit this soon)

A friend of mine in Nova Scotia was always going on about Alpenkraft syrup. I ordered it ... it came quickly ... I started taking it and I'll never go back to anything else. It is WONderful. Soothing ... non-drying ... calming. I get a great night's sleep and whenever I begin to cough or feel a bit of scratchiness in my throat, I take a dose and within minutes I'm feeling oh so much better. This is a product I will always, ALWAYS have on hand. Thanks ... it's a terrific product.

If you follow instructions (adults: 2 tsp x every 4 hrs + 10-15 min of no strong flavor in your mouth before and after intake), you should expect to stop coughing after second-third use, depending on your condition. I was coughing non-stop for almost two weeks before I stumbled upon this wonder-syrup. I found the best way is to take it before and after sleep.
If you are a smoker (one of my friends is), you may see a delay in results, but nevertheless the results are there! Another good idea is to take it along with Wellness Formula from Source Naturals. Just be careful with dosage of that product.
Would I recommend this product to my friends and family??? Are you kidding? I already did and everyone is absolutely grateful for it. Extremely good thing to have before the winter season starts. So far 100% positive results.
UPDATE (2/2/2011): After some time I noticed it's effectiveness has gone down. Not sure what to attribute this to yet, but that's the fact. Switched to also 100% natural ColdBuster warming Syrup.

(More customer reviews)Even though I'm out of my teens, I still have problems with blemishes appearing so I'm willing to try anything to completely clear my skin. The Nature's Gate Organic Acne Treatment is a three step process of cleanser, toner and lotion. The box says for morning and night use and I've been using it everyday without a problem so it should be okay for twice a day, everyday use.
I've been doing the three step process everyday for almost two weeks and I can't really see a difference in my skin. It doesn't really take care of blackheads and it has not stopped a new zit from forming on my forehead. The three step process is a bit tedious and if you do not have the patience to perform the regime, it can probably be easy to stop because you just don't feel like keeping up the process.
On the plus side, it's great to find an organic product. Especially because it doesn't have any harsh or strong smells to it as some acne treatments can have. It also has cut down on my forehead getting too oily during the day which is a great thing.
So even though it hasn't really made too much on my skin yet, I'm planning to keep using the product in hope that it can change my skin some. And even though it hasn't totally worked with me, doesn't mean that it can't work for some people.

(More customer reviews)I've been trying to lose weight for months but have only taken this for a couple of weeks. Over about the last 4 months I've lost 16-17 pounds, but I had plateaued. Since I started taking this product about 2 weeks ago I've lost about 4 pounds. I am watching my diet and working out. I had been working out regularly for a long time already, and watching my diet (admittedly on and off) for quite a while before this 2 week period. So while this product alone I don't think has caused weight loss for me, I think it has given me a boost and helped get me off a plateau. No stimulants, the B vitamins are good, and glucomannan fiber helps with both fullness and (ahem...) certain functions. :) I like it. I will keep taking it.

(More customer reviews)I bought this sunscreen after reading about its improved protection against both UV A and UV B.
I have no complaints about the sun protection - it seems to work, though of course a true test of protection is long-term sun damage avoidance, and not from a few days' use.
But I dont like the texture of the cream. First, it is not a lotion but a cream. By which I mean its semi-solid and does not blend well on the face. I tried using a lotion moisturizer blended with this sunscreen to make it blend better, but its not easy.
Second, the sunscreen is very whitish and looks that way even after applying very little of it. So if you are somewhat tanned and apply this cream it will show up in whitish streaks on your face that do not sink in.
I also tried applying mineral makeup on top of this to reduce the white-out look, but the camouflage does not work too well.
Third, the sunscreen is not marked as 'non-comedogenic (does not block pores) so that might be an important factor for you to consider if you tend to have large pores, whiteheads or blackheads.
Summary: if you are going to spend a long time in the sun and want a high performance sunscreen, use this one. If you want something more mild for daily use, try out the SPF 15 version of this same brand, or look elsewhere.

I compared the cost per pill of this 270-count version against the 180-count version, and at least on this site as of today, the 180-count version is cheaper per pill. Do the math before you decide which to buy.

I was skeptical about the price at first but now I know they are worth every penny. I will always recommend these to anyone who is thinking about becoming or is pregnant. They did not make me sick, even on an empty stomach. They supply everything you and your baby need plus probiotic support. Still to no avail. It does not kill the lice let alone the eggs.
It may have worked in the lab, killing one or two lice. That does not mean it will translate to the real world.
