(More customer reviews)This is one of the poorest tools that I have seen in a long time. It fails to measure up to what the publisher would have you believe that it is intended to do. The book is not a book but a form that covers skill assesment, but fails to provide the guidelines that would make this a workable tool.I would not recommend this format/book to anyone but instead would recommend they develop their own 1st.
